You do the party, we'll do the food.
There are so many aspects to throwing a successful party, give yourself some peace of mind (and time to pick out flowers) by having ChefVanessa prepare the food for you and your guests.
We will do the planning with you, select the perfect menu and shop, deliver and prepare everything in your home. You will know first hand that everything we prepare uses the best, freshest ingredients and you will see it all made in your kitchen.
From a 40th birthday to a bridal or baby shower we'd love to help with the food. We have prep help, servers and bartenders who will be happy to serve and clean up so that all you have to do is enjoy yourself!

How many parties have you had where you didn't get to visit with your guests at all because you were dealing with the food?
We do passed appetizer parties (with 8 appetizer choices) or a buffet style meal with 3 appetizers, 2 salads, 1 Starch, 1 Green Vegetable and 1 Meat and 1 Poultry choice.
You can serve Grilled Flank Steak and Chicken, Filet Mignon Skewers, Rib Eye Roast, Baby Back Ribs, grilled Salmon Fillet...the possibilities are endless!

For an all appetizer menu with 8 choices or 3 appetizers and a buffet style meal
30-39 people $40 per person
40-49 people $38 per person
50-59 people $36 per person
60-69 people $34 per person
70-79 people $32 per person
80-120 people $30 per person
This includes the ingredients, shopping, Chef and servers. We'll come the day before to drop off ingredients and do a little prep and then the day of the party we'll be back and stay until the kitchen is clean and the party is wound down.
Gratuity is left up to the clients discretion (but we can calculate 15% on the bill for you if you like).
Trained Bartenders are available for $35 per hour with a 4 hour minimum or someone to serve drinks only for the party is $125.
We request that a deposit be sent to save the date at least two weeks before the party.
It is a pleasure to do parties under 30 people in which case we charge by the hour plus ingredients. It is $70 an hour for Chef on Site (except holidays) and $25 for prep help & servers.

Since we know how the economy is affecting everyone, we'd like to offer a bit of a discount to help with the ever increasing price of having a party. Take off $2 per person when calculating the total.

MMMMMMMMMMMMM Chocolate, blissful chocolate. Have you realized how many different kinds of chocolates are being made today? Recently we did a baby shower and had a tasting of 13 different kinds of chocolate. Cinnamon and Ancho Chile, Strawberry Peppercorn, Mango, Orange Almond, Lavender, Lemon, Coffee they were amazing.
A small piece of each kind on a labeled plate and served with fruit, madelines, a couple cheeses and bread to break it up a bit and plenty of ice water.
Make it a game and have pads of paper where people try to guess what they are, or just critique each one and compare notes with your friends and family.
Additional price for this but well worth the experience and a great conversation starter!
