How many times a week do you eat something that you aren't that happy about because of time?

Add more fresh vegetables, have low fat choices, be in control of your food intake without having your palette suffer!

I visit your home each week or every other week and prepare three main dishes of your choice from the 100+ item menu.

You can bake, barbeque or reheat them whenever you wish per my easy to follow instructions.

I use the freshest ingredients available and have an organic/pesticide free option for a $15 additional charge. I will alter each dish to your taste and work with any dietary restrictions.

Each main dish is enough for three adult portions and usually feeds two adults and two small children.

Additional portions can be added for $10 per portion per dish.

$160 per visit includes the ingredients, shopping, prep and clean up.

I have a unique service because I let YOU choose your dishes every time from my extensive menu (unless you prefer I custom design your menu each week).

Recently I helped a woman who has Throat Cancer and had a tough time swallowing. Not only that, but she was allergic to Gluten, Corn, Tomatoes and Soy. I prepared custom dishes with easy to swallow, ground meats or soft fish to help with her recovery process. Nothing is impossible, if you have allergies it is simply a challenge and we can find good, healthy food for you to enjoy, just ask. (1/11)
